Happy New Year to All!


Everyone who believes they know me probably expected a post like this today, and it is the perfect time to share it.


I don't believe in New Year's resolutions because, let's be honest, most people abandon them after just a few weeks or months. Instead, I focus on making real lifestyle changes. Changes that can be maintained year-round and adapted as life evolves. These changes aren't bound by a calendar. They can be expanded, refined, or even scaled back when necessary, ensuring they remain meaningful and sustainable in the years to come.


For me, it's all about building habits that truly last.


Low Stress 2025: Plans for the Year


Better Self-care

I will be continuing to simplify my life, little by little. Gradually decluttering both my external environment and internal state, which includes clearing out the old from my body, mind, and soul.


Customized Holidays

Creating my own holidays and modifying existing ones to align with my low-stress lifestyle.


Journaling

Maintaining multiple journals to track my progress, process emotions, and stay in the energy I am meant to embody.


Kundalini Yoga Practice

Further personalizing my yoga sessions by customizing my own prayers, mantras, affirmations, and meditations tailored to my needs, both before and after exercises.


Sound Healing

Using trusted subliminal recordings and sound healing sessions to promote balance and inner peace, while bringing in my desires.


Fitness and Movement

Incorporating free weights, Pilates, and my other home workout equipment to maintain, and improve my physical health.


Self-massage and At-Home Spa Treatments

Practicing face yoga, scalp massages, and other self-care rituals to unwind and rejuvenate.


Therapy and Growth

Continuing with self-therapy, including inspiration from Louise Hay and the Blissbot app.


Incorporating Self-care into Work


Integrating self-care into my work life will not only reduce stress but also boost productivity and creativity. This balance is necessary for achieving my goals and maintaining my well-being.


Personal and Professional Growth


Financial Education

Completing the current financial education I started in 2024 and applying the knowledge to create financial freedom.


Writing

Devoting time to writing my short stories, novellas, novels, and other writing projects I'm passionate about.


Social Media and Blog Expansion

Streamlining my digital life and sharing the most helpful YouTube channels and Android apps on my blog. This may serve as a resource for others on similar journeys. I will also be investing more time into my blogging education and growing my blog.


Language Learning

Expanding my horizons by learning French, Japanese, and Sindarin.


My Mission and Building My Empire

Writing more detailed plans and strategies to support my mission and empire-creation.


Spiritual Alignment


Daily Communication with the Universe

Strengthening my connection with the Universe and my highest self to stay aligned with my purpose.


Divine Feminine Energy

My primary focus this year is to fully embody my Divine Feminine energy, staying receptive to abundance and allowing everything that is rightfully mine to flow into my life.


Main Goal for 2025

To stay aligned with my true purpose, and my Divine Feminine energy, while creating multiple streams of passive income, and living a balanced, fulfilling life that reflects my highest self.
